Great host, really nice and cozy place Positive: Location is great, near the beach, view is also not bad, but surrounded with other buildings. Very spacious, a lot of natural light, bright. Very nice host, always on the line. Also, you can find anything in the kitchen if you prefer to prapere dinner or breakfast. Even you can use a parking place. There is gym on 47th floor with really nice view. Definitely would come again. Negative: Only one thing, it was some noise from hallway, looks like from the garbage chute.And always unexpectedly, that bothers a bit.

Very nice and cosy apartment, 15min walk to the sand beach Positive: This is very nice, large and cosy apartment, it has large full-height windows all around the apartment and nice big balcony which offers some good views on Marina. Apartment had all necessary facilities we needed for our stay, including washing machine. Our daughter appreciated having separate bedroom & bathroom to give her a private space. There is also TV with Netflix. On 4th floor there is a nice pool, with water depth from 1,5m to 2m + there is hot tub with bubbles. On 41st floor there is a Gym and a Lounge which offers some incredible views. Staff is polite and helpful. Negative: Both bathrooms are in need to be better maintained, one toilet bowl was broken & glued together, toilet seat was not properly fixed and was moving all around when you sit on it ... Bathtub caulk in both bathrooms is executed very poorly, not worthy of such apartment. While this apartment has a nice large full-height windows, unfortunately they are not very sound proof - there was a ton of street noise and construction noise coming into this apartment ... so if you are a light sleeper, you should bring ear plugs in this one! There was also some kind of a problem with the door into the main bedroom, it was not possible to properly close them ...

Spacious, clean apartment in good location Positive: Spacious and clean apartment, good location with nearby beach, shops and restaurants, & the marina. Host was very communicative and sorted and queries very promptly. Check in and out were very smooth. Negative: If we had to pick anything the bathrooms and maybe kitchen could do with a little updating, but really they were fine!

Positive: The apartments are fantastic, comfortable and welcoming with perfect location. The staff was friendly with strong support during our vacation!
